Mission Critical Careers provides a platform for connecting data center professionals with employers. Candidates can upload their CV and manage their profile. Employers can search for candidates and unlock contact details using tokens.

3. Token Economy

Employers purchase tokens through subscription plans or top-up packs. Tokens are used for searching candidates and unlocking contact details. Token costs are displayed before each action. Tokens are non-refundable once used.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription Management portal.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not misuse the platform or its data
  • Respect other users' privacy

6. Limitation of Liability
